Bill contributes over
fifteen years of Electrical Consulting, Marketing,
Estimating and Design/Build experience to Rex
Moore. Bill received his Bachelor of Science
in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Davis and
his
Masters in Business from Golden Gate University. As a registered Professional
Engineer, Bill has designed a variety of commercial, industrial and institutional sports arenas, medical and surgery centers,

Bill oversees Rex Moore's Design/Build
services. Bill’s unique
ability to handle exceedingly large and complex
engineering tasks combined with the knack of being able
to accurately
conceptualize and then negotiate the electrical
cost on any given project, while it is still in the preliminary
stages, add versatility to the Rex Moore Design/Build
team.
Bill believes that
there are no bargains in engineering and
construction any more so than in any other
profession. Technical qualifications, reputation
and a standing within the Design/Build profession bind the value of a firm’s
